I can't live up to the funnies posted by my colleagues in their bios so I'll just keep it simple. I'll skip the boring work stuff since you can see all of that in my LinkedIn Profile (feel free to connect if you are a member). As for the more personal stuff, I am a geek who loves computers, the internet, comic books, science fiction and fantasy novels, and reading. I am an information maniac, reading over 100 web site feeds daily, as well as several message boards and the local newspaper. I maintain an ed tech blog called Your Mileage May Vary. My wife and I have been married 15 years, and have two goofy Basset Hounds, who are cheaper (if just barely) than kids. I am excited about Tech Camp, because normally my co-workers have to lean on me when we teach to keep it simple, and now I have the chance to really geek out while teaching. So thanks!
